Specifications
1. Consists of 7 compatible fittings:
2. The family designed for assembling "light", medium and heavy frames. As well as 2 or 3 tiered structures.
3. 1-2 fittings are required to assemble 2-tier structures. And for 3 tiers - 1 additional fitting.
4. In addition to homogeneous structures (with the same tiers), heterogeneous structures are also possible. With a "heavy" lower floor and a light upper one.
5. The H4 system is amphibious and can be placed not only at depth, but also in the tide zone, where land is periodically dubmerged.
6. Using HYDRANTULA 3D frames requires significant knowledge in the fields of construction, materials science and ecology. We strongly recommend that you seek professional assist.
7. The transition between heavy and light versions is achieved by replacing the bare reinforcement rods R24 with concrete-filled HDPE140 pipes, as well as by using more inter-fitting connections.
8. On the lower tier, it is possible to use through fittings for connecting with drilling piles and bottom cushions. Or use terminating fitting for Free Stand mode.
The choice of a solution depends on the characteristics of the soil, bearing load, the bottom relief and the strength of the currents.
9. Structures of maximum strength are designed for use in icy environments (lakes or enclosed bays). But it is not designed for icebreaking northern rivers or Arctic straits with currents.
The lightest ones are designed for warm reservoirs without ice.
10. All diagonals in the system are double mixed. That is, one diagonal is realized by a beam made of HDPE pipe 140mm, and the opposite diagonal is made of a whip of composite reinforcement R24.
The range of materials for rods and beams is maximally unified.
11. All beams and whips are through and uncut, holes in PE140 pipes for joint monolithic concreting inside the fitting are cut according to the manufacturer's drawings.
12. All fittings have a dedicated concrete pipe flange.
The concrete pipe to the flooded formwork can only be connected to the lower tier of fittings, since otherwise correct casting of concrete into wet formwork is impossible. On land, the concrete pipeline can be connected to any tier, but preferably not to the upper one.
13. The holes in the ports for pipes and fittings are cut in place during installation.
The "binary" pipe's port provide the necessary flexibility for using fittings in different positions in the truss (side wall, face, corner, etc.).
14. Loading holes for vertical diagonal beams will be cut only in the upper fittings and only in the ports facing upwards.
